3. Repair Service Terms
Service Agreement: Begins upon signing the ‘pre-repair check’ and ‘requested service’ forms, ending upon completion or 24 hours after service notification (if self-pickup). Non-payment for completed repairs within a month transfers ownership rights to us.
Parts Availability: Repairs depend on parts availability in Nepal; additional costs for ordering from other countries fall on the customer.
Quality and Completion: We use high-quality parts and make reasonable efforts to fix devices. If unable to complete or cost exceeds the quote, we’ll inform you.
Complications and Timeframe: We may lend a phone if repairs exceed 72 hours. Passcode sharing may be required for testing, and repair time estimates are not obligations.
4. Selling Your Device:
Offer Protocol: We offer based on provided information. You have 24 hours to accept. Failure to mention defects may alter the offer after inspection.
Personal Data Removal: You must remove personal information. We’re not liable for data loss post-sale.
Device Requirements: The device must adhere to laws, not infringe on third-party rights, and be genuine. You must discontinue services on the device.
5. Purchasing Refurbished Products
Refurbished Phones: Products are refurbished; details are provided. Purchase implies understanding the product’s nature.
Payment and Returns: Payment is in Nepali Rupees. Incorrectly listed prices may lead to order rejection. Returns are accepted within specific conditions.
6. Warranty:
Linking Warranty: Warranty is linked to a device through its unique IMEI. Warranty transfer requires proper documentation.
Manufacturer’s Warranty: Using our repair service may cancel it. We hold no liability in such cases.
